File Naming Conventions

- ❌ Avoid: "IMG_1234.jpg", "video1.mp4"
Folder Organization
While the Media Library uses a flat structure, you can organize by:
- Tags: Use tags as virtual folders
- Naming: Use prefixes in filenames
- Dates: Include dates in filenames

- Aspect Ratio: Use 16:9 for landscape displays
Organization Tips

- Network: Upload during off-peak hours for large files
Troubleshooting Media Uploads
Upload Failed
If upload fails:
- Check File Size: Ensure under 100MB
- Verify Format: Use supported formats
- Check Connection: Ensure stable internet
- Try Again: Retry the upload
- Contact Support: If issues persist
File Not Appearing
If uploaded file doesn't appear:
- Refresh the page
- Check upload progress completed
- Verify file wasn't filtered out
- Check for error messages
Wrong File Uploaded
If you uploaded the wrong file:
- Delete the incorrect file
- Upload the correct file
- Update any playlists using the file
Media Usage in Playlists
Before deleting media, check:
- Which playlists use the file
- If deletion will break playlists
- Consider replacing instead of deleting
