This document lists all screenshot placeholders used throughout the documentation. Use this guide to create and insert the appropriate screenshots.

Image Placeholder Reference

Each documentation page includes image placeholders with descriptions. Below is a comprehensive list organized by page:

Getting Started (getting-started.md)

  1. Sign-in page - Sign-in page showing the Synq Digital login form with email and password fields, and a "Sign In" button. The page should show the Synq Digital branding/logo at the top.

  2. Sign-up page - Sign-up page showing the registration form with fields for email, password, confirm password, and any other required fields. Should show validation messages if applicable.

  3. Main dashboard view - Main dashboard view showing the navigation sidebar on the left with menu items (Dashboard, Playlist, Devices, Media Library, Schedule, Locations, Analytics), and the main content area showing dashboard widgets/cards with statistics, charts, or overview information.

  4. Media Library page - Media Library page showing the upload button, a table/list of media files with thumbnails, filenames, types, sizes, and upload dates. Should show at least one uploaded file as an example.

  5. Playlist creation page - Playlist creation/edit page showing a form with playlist name field, a list of available media files that can be added, drag-and-drop interface, and duration settings for each media item.

  6. Device registration dialog - Device registration dialog/form showing fields for Device ID (6 characters), Device Name, Location dropdown, and Register button. Should show validation if Device ID is incorrect length.

  7. Device detail page - Device detail page showing device information form with fields like Device Name, Location, Playlist dropdown (with a playlist selected), Orientation, Operating Hours, and Save Changes button.

  8. Schedule creation dialog - Schedule creation dialog showing all form fields including schedule name, type toggle (Recurring/One-time), day selection checkboxes, start/end time fields, playlist selector, and Active toggle.

Authentication (authentication.md)

  1. Sign-in page - Sign-in page showing the login form with email and password input fields, a "Sign In" button, and optionally a "Forgot Password?" link. The page should display Synq Digital branding.

  2. Password reset page - Password reset page showing an email input field and a "Send Reset Link" button, with instructions explaining that a reset link will be sent to the provided email.

  3. Sign-up page - Sign-up page showing the registration form with all required fields, password strength indicator, terms checkbox, and Sign Up button.

  4. Email verification page - Email verification page or message showing a confirmation that the email has been sent, with instructions to check the inbox and click the verification link.

  5. User profile dropdown - User profile dropdown menu showing options including Profile, Settings, and Logout. The Logout option should be highlighted or clearly visible.

  6. Profile Settings - Security - Profile Settings page showing the Security section with fields for Current Password, New Password, Confirm New Password, and an Update Password button.

  7. Active Sessions page - Active Sessions page showing a list of devices/browsers where the user is currently signed in, with device names, IP addresses, last activity times, and "Sign Out" buttons for each session.

  8. Role-based navigation - Dashboard or navigation showing different menu items available based on user role. Admin users should see additional menu items like "User Management" that regular users don't see.

Dashboard (dashboard.md)

  1. Full dashboard view - Full dashboard view showing the sidebar navigation on the left, main dashboard area with multiple widget cards displaying statistics, charts, device status overview, recent activity feed, and quick action buttons.

  2. Overview statistics cards - Dashboard top section showing four stat cards in a row: Total Devices (with count and icon), Online Devices (with count and percentage), Total Playlists (with count), and Media Files (with count). Each card should have a distinct color or icon.

  3. Device status chart - Device status chart or visualization showing the breakdown of devices by status. Could be a pie chart, bar chart, or status cards showing Online (green), Offline (red), and Pending (yellow) counts.

  4. Recent Activity section - Recent Activity section showing a timeline or list of recent activities with timestamps, user names, and action descriptions. Should show items like "Device registered", "Playlist created", "Media uploaded", etc.

  5. Quick Actions section - Quick Actions section showing buttons or cards for common actions: Register Device, Upload Media, Create Playlist, and Create Schedule. Each should have an icon and be clickable.

  6. Performance charts - Performance charts section showing line charts or bar charts displaying trends over time. Could show device uptime percentage over the last 7 days, media playback counts, or network activity patterns.

  7. Interactive dashboard navigation - Interactive demonstration showing what happens when clicking on a dashboard card - it should highlight or show a tooltip indicating it's clickable, and potentially show a navigation arrow or link.

  8. Sidebar navigation - Sidebar navigation menu showing all menu items with icons. The Dashboard item should be highlighted or marked as active. Should show the full navigation structure.

  9. Dashboard filters - Dashboard filters showing dropdown menus or date pickers for filtering dashboard data by time range, location, device status, etc.

  10. Refresh button - Refresh button or icon on the dashboard, possibly in the top-right corner or within a specific widget, showing how to manually refresh dashboard data.

  11. Alert indicators - Alert/notification area showing different types of alerts with appropriate colors: warning (yellow), error (red), info (blue), and success (green). Should show examples of each type.

  12. Mobile dashboard view - Mobile view of the dashboard showing how it adapts to smaller screens - stacked cards, collapsible navigation menu, and responsive charts.

Devices (devices.md)

  1. Devices page - Devices page showing a table/list of devices with columns for Status (with colored indicators), Screen Name, Version, Playlist, Location, Model, Last Seen, and Actions. Should show multiple devices with different statuses (online/offline).

  2. Device table close-up - Close-up of the device table showing several rows with different devices, highlighting the status column with colored icons, and showing the actions menu (three dots) for one device.

Media Library (media-library.md)

Troubleshooting (troubleshooting.md)

Image Specifications

  • Format: PNG or JPG
